1:1 Life Coaching or Group Coaching

Within my practice as a coach, I focus on a client-centered base. I work 1:1 and in group sessions. I work with a diverse group of individuals who are feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed with their lifestyle environment. I guide individuals to understand themselves more by helping them to find their life purpose, self-awareness. I form a clear vision for them to take with them to make themselves aligned to their ultimate personal goal. Some individuals come to my coaching practice to get awareness on a career pathway, find life purpose, cope with stress, relationship topics, time management, organization, self-esteem, meditation, venting sessions, lack of confidence, and much more.

My goal as a coach is to ensure the client and I working together in a collaborative approach to finding solutions and guidance that fits best. My approach is to guide, support, actively listen, and motivate to overcome barriers in achieving goals and become successful in life with what truly makes them fulfilled with joy.

In between coaching sessions, I do provide meditation time, affirmation, and use other tools and resources as an intervention to become more mindful on as needed basis. I also take initiative in providing community resources for as-needed purposes.

After the coaching session, clients have the experience of feeling more positive, happy, self-aware, and have positive beliefs about themselves. They also have a much better understanding of life purpose, aware of their short-term and long-term goals, motivated, understand career pathway, and much more. Please see the testimonials.

Have you ever wondered what is your personality type or heard someone describe them as ESTP or INFP personality type? If so, then you are not alone. Many people are not aware of The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). MBTI® comes from the Swiss Psychiatrist Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types. The MBTI® instrument can help an individual to have an in-depth understanding of different personality types that people may have in society. Also when you are self-aware of yourself, it motivates and energizes you, and it can help improve relationships and seek opportunities that relate to your personality.

Have you ever wanted to vent about someone or an issue that has been bothering you? Or do you feel stressed out and frustrated but do not want to express your feelings because of fear? If so, then you are not alone. Venting to someone is normal, and it is a healing process. Many people do not wish to discuss their emotions with someone they know because of fear of being judged or not be heard. A venting session is a way to release negative emotions. If you find yourself confused, stressed, or need to get your mindset on the right pathway, please reach out, I would be happy to talk to you and answer your concerns or questions.
